Little to No Effort Outfits for Autumn

Monday, October 9, 2017
Now that it's finally getting cooler in Toronto, I can finally finally finally start sharing my favourite autumn looks. You know that it's autumn in my mind, when I start saying autumn versus fall. Summer to Autumn transition sounds odd to me and I'm sure it's like that for other people as well. Back in the spring, I posted a "Little to No Effort Outfits for Spring" that surprisingly did better than I anticipated. I realized why it would though; a lot of people don't have time to constantly come up with new outfits. That's why I thought I'd make an autumn edition of this!

LOOK 1: Sweater Dress + Cabby Hat + Infinity Scarf + Statement Belt + Over The Knee Boots

Nothing makes an outfit more easy than throwing on a dress! Obviously for the colder seasons, you'll be throwing on a sweater dress instead. Accessorizing it with a belt and infinity scarf makes it the typical fall outfit. Also, over the knee boots are a classic so you can never go wrong with them; they also make any outfit look fancier. If you're into trends, then I'd say add a cabby hat because cabby hats are the greatest accessories ever and still my favourite.

Outfit Details
Sweater Dress - American Eagle
Shoes - Le Chateau
Scarf - Etsy
Belt - ASOS (similar)
Hat - H&M (similar)

LOOK 2: Long Sleeved Striped Top + Sleeveless Blazer/Coat + Neck Scarf + Jeans

One of the items I consider a wardrobe staple is a sleeveless blazer/coat. Whoever has been reading my blog from the very beginning would know that my first outfit post even had a sleeveless blazer! It's an item I think can easily transition into any season (hence why it'd be part of my wardrobe capsule). Throw it on top of a simple striped top and ripped jeans (which you probably already own) and you're set. To make the outfit like you tried a bit more than you actually did, tie on a neck scarf.

Outfit Details
Top - H&M (old)
Sleeveless Coat - ASOS (old)
Jeans - Urban Planet
Scarf - Uniqlo
Shoes - Converse

LOOK 3: Graphic Tee + Leather Jacket + Pleated Skirt + Statement Necklace

Sometimes you don't want the cozy knit typical fall look so for this one, I opted for something that a lot of people would own: faux leather jacket and graphic tee. By accessorizing it with a statement necklace and pleated skirt, you easily make this outfit look more put together instead of wearing classic jeans and sneakers.

Outfit Details
Top - Bershka
Jacket - Zara
Skirt - H&M
Necklace - Bauble Bar
Shoes - Zara

  1. Being truly stylish and trendy in the way you appear is what puts you apart from the masses. And of course who wouldn't want to be popular. Love that look
